Who we are

What we collect
If you create an account: email and display name. Practice plans, streaks, and preferences stay on your device unless you are signed in and we sync them to keep your streak. Diagnostics (crash and error reports) may include device, app version, screen, and theme — not passwords or tokens.
Who processes data
Neon (database and auth), Vercel (hosting), Sentry in the EU (diagnostics), and Expo Observe (optional product analytics). We do not sell personal data.
Local reminders
Daily practice reminders, when you turn them on, are scheduled on your device. We ask for notification permission first. Reminder content stays local.
Retention
Account data lasts while your account exists. Local practice data lasts until you clear app storage. Diagnostic events follow each processor’s retention defaults.
Your choices
Delete your account and export your data from Settings → Account when those controls ship. Object to diagnostics identity from Settings when that control ships. Until then, email hello@ludeum.io.
Not covered here
Show or rehearsal audio recording is a later product. That needs separate per-event consent — this policy is not that consent.
